TERRA draws inspiration from our surroundings. The seasons of Tartu and Tartu County, the culinary traditions of Southern Estonia, and the ingredients from our fields, forests, gardens, rivers, and lakes all find their way to the table in one way or another. We combine this with ideas and concepts from the wider world of cuisine, but we always start with the season, the place, and a respect for good ingredients. Our goal is to offer food and hospitality that is well-thought-out, rooted in local knowledge, and memorable.
