At the heart of Chef’s Table evenings lies Karl Pajusaar’s signature style—seasonal ingredients, a strong classical foundation, and a harmonious balance of flavors. The menu changes with the seasons and is crafted anew for each evening, based on what is currently at its best and most appropriate.
You can choose a paired wine package to accompany your meal, designed to complement the menu as a whole. Here, wine is not a mere side dish, but an integral part of the evening’s rhythm and experience.

Chef’s Table takes place in the historic rooms of Era Villa in Tartu.
The atmosphere of the house, the privacy, and the relaxed pace are an essential part of the evening.
Dinners are held on select dates by reservation only.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required, and party sizes range from 4 to 16 guests.
The menu can be customized to accommodate pre-notified allergies and intolerances.
